Kara KomarzecUltimately, I see therapy as a way to collaborate and form a plan for progress in your life.  I believe that mental, emotional and spiritual well-being are important to find clarity to lead a fulfilling life.

I believe that focusing on emotions can be extremely helpful in working through many of life’s transitions.  I also believe in the practice and utilization of mindfulness to observe and acknowledge what is happening in the here and now.

Some of my specialties include depression & anxiety management, mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), LGBTQ concerns, goal-setting during life transitions (getting from where you are to where you want to be!) and support through grieving and loss.
